Cross Cultural Missions
At the heart of BARNABAS MINISTRIES Africa is the outreach to the marginalized people groups of the Coast and North Eastern provinces. Through a dedicated team of workers, humanitarian and spiritual assistance is given that will enhance the communities that live in very deprived and arid areas. |
Leadership Network
The question; “Who Pastors the Pastors?” was carefully considered by BARNABAS MINISTRIES Africa because as a leader, listening to hurting people can bring times of loneliness and psychological heaviness. The fellowship provides opportunities for leaders to come together and have fellow leaders with whom they can pray, fellowship, and confide thus getting encouragement and support. Regular education seminars are provided to these leaders. |
Leadership Support
Leader Family Support was initiated as a humanitarian response to needy Kenyan pastors, missionaries and leaders serving God in very difficult and arid areas. Often these would be church planting situations where new congregations are not able to adequately support the family. It is also been encouraging to see the children of these families successfully go through school, the standard of living of the family raised, and leaders able to concentrate in their calling and work. |
School of Ministries
This begun in 2001 as a joint venture between BARNABAS MINISTRIES Africa and School of Ministry International. This training initiative endeavors to equip resourceful leaders with sound Biblical, Theological, and practical tools for leadership. This is a 36-module programme of teaching, each covering 10 sessions, which are divided into Leadership, theological, Practical, pastoral Care, and Counselling. |
