The Nyeri Home is in the heart of Kenya’s Central Province in the town of Nyeri, which is situated on the eastern slopes of the famous Aberdare Mountains and Aberdare National Park.  The Aberdares are home to a great variety and quantity of wild animals despite the periodic cold and mist.

The Home opened its doors to vulnerable children in August 2006 and is registered as a charitable children’s Institution under New Life Home Trust.  Malnourished children and children needing special medical care are transferred to the main home in Kilimani, Nairobi.
