- THE KINGDOM OF GOD
In Acts chapter 1 and verse 8 the risen Christ
promised his followers that they would be His
witnesses. Through the empowering of the Holy
Spirit, the Church on earth would mirror the truth
that Christ is Lord and that his rule and kingdom
are the ultimate force in history. It is the commitment
of New Life Home Trust to live-out the words of Christ
that “THE KINGDOM OF GOD is within you” by godly
Biblical living and example. And in doing so engage
in fulfilling His prayer for “Your kingdom come, Your
will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” |
- CARING WITH COMPASSION
Compassion is the hallmark of true Christianity. It is our commitment to the world and to all we serve to exercise this quality of Christ-likeness and in doing so be an example to bring about change in our communities.
- INTEGRITY
We are committed to the standards of godliness and integrity as taught in the Bible (Philippians 4:8). And will only partner with these individuals and organizations that demonstrate an established record of such living.
- THE PERSONAL GROWTH OF EACH TEAM MEMBER
We are committed to facilitate the personal growth of each team member. To enable each member to reach their full potential as an individual in the image of Jesus Christ and their place in the Body of Christ – the Church.
- LEADERSHIP
Everything rises and falls on leadership. For this reason, we are committed and dedicated to the training and equipping of Christian leadership for the overall benefit of the Church.
- IMPARTATION
A key value of New Life Home Trust is to impart the general principles of cross-cultural and trans-tribal missions that includes vision, faith and the Biblical basis of missions, and so multiply its impact upon other Christian believers.
- CONTEXUALISATION
Every effort should be made to contexualise every facet of the work so that it has the maximum effect amongst the appropriate target group.
- THANKFULNESS
The apostle Paul wrote, “In everything give thanks” (I Thessalonians. 5:18) as basic ingredient of daily life. We therefore affirm God’s goodness and daily discover reasons to give thanks to Him.
- VISION AND PASSION
Understand and capture the vision and passionately share it and seek to implement it.
